Uchwałą nr 151/2020 Rady Głównej Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego z dnia 8 października 2020 r. dr hab. prof. nadzw. Maria Zowisło została wybrana na członka Komisji Dyscyplinarnej przy RGNiSW na kadencję 2021-2024.
Dnia 3.12.2020 roku odbyło się uroczyste rozdanie nagród w ramach konkursu na najlepszą pracę doktorską o tematyce górskiej w kategorii nauki humanistyczne.
Jury konkursu w składzie prof.: Ewa Grzęda, Krystyna Heska-Kwaśniewicz, Julian Dybiec, Bolesław Faron, Ryszard Kantor, Andrzej Matuszyk, Zdzisław J. Ryn, Zbigniew J. Wójcik, Janusz Zdebski, Franciszek Ziejka postanowiło przyznać pierwsze miejsce pracy dr Iwony Dominek Władysław Krygowski (1906-1998) życie – działalność – twórczość obronionej na Wydziale Wychowania Fizycznego i Sportu w 2019 roku. Przyznano również dwa wyróżnienia: dr Katarzynie Ceklarz i dr. Michałowi Grabowskiemu.
